How long will it take to receive my photo prints or personalized home decor?
Production times vary by product. Standard photo prints are typically ready for collection or dispatch within 24 hours, while custom home items like canvas prints, cushions, and blankets may take 5 to 10 business days.
What is the minimum resolution required for high-quality canvas printing?
To ensure your home decor looks its best, we recommend a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Our online builder will provide a low-resolution warning if your uploaded image is not suitable for the selected product size.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Because our products are custom-made to order, we begin production shortly after payment. Changes or cancellations can only be made within 30 minutes of placing the order by contacting our customer service team.
Do you offer Home Delivery and Click & Collect options?
Yes, we offer both. You can choose to have your items delivered directly to your home or select the Click & Collect option to pick up your order from your local BIG W store at no extra delivery cost.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or the print quality is poor?
We take great pride in our quality. If your item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
What payment methods do you accept for online orders?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and flexible payment options including Afterpay and Zip Pay.
